Nervous System Coaching Remote Session

Forest bathing is about slowing down your mind and body, letting Nature support you to connect, notice and bring a sense of calm into your awareness.

I give mindful and somatic (body) invitations to explore through our senses organically. To explore the sweet pleasures of presence and the aliveness of nature and yourself.

Through these gentle invitations we "see, hear, feel, taste and smell what's in motion or motionless", within us and outside of us. 
We walk and move slowly, making friends with nature and the stress simply falls away.

Your blood pressure & heart rate drops and we access our parasympathetic nervous system (the relaxation response). People that find other styles of meditation difficult find this practice so much easier. As one recipient said to me; " it's like nature holds me and gently rocks all the stress away".

I have found a Forest bathing experience can achieve as much as a 6 week mindfulness meditation course. It truly is an experience one must experience!
 
Includes: Somatic Mindfulness exercises- walking, standing still, sitting and arm movements, breathing and smelling.
