Our retreat features a 2.5-hour Deep Rest Restorative Therapeutics session, complete with weighted blankets, warm heat packs, and calming aromatherapy, designed to ease you into a state of profound relaxation. Drawing on my 20+ years of experience in nervous system work, this practice will guide you toward true restoration and balance.

Sumptuous Fine Food will be catering with a thoughtfully curated menu crafted to support vagus nerve stimulation and nervous system regulation, featuring a gourmet lunch and afternoon tea that is both nourishing and delicious.

Nervous System Coaching Remote Session

Forest bathing is about slowing down your mind and body, letting Nature support you to connect, notice and bring a sense of calm into your awareness.

I give mindful and somatic (body) invitations to explore through our senses organically. To explore the sweet pleasures of presence and the aliveness of nature and yourself.

Through these gentle invitations we "see, hear, feel, taste and smell what's in motion or motionless", within us and outside of us. 
We walk and move slowly, making friends with nature and the stress simply falls away.

Your blood pressure & heart rate drops and we access our parasympathetic nervous system (the relaxation response). People that find other styles of meditation difficult find this practice so much easier. As one recipient said to me; " it's like nature holds me and gently rocks all the stress away".

I have found a Forest bathing experience can achieve as much as a 6 week mindfulness meditation course. It truly is an experience one must experience!
