This is my signature Deep Rest Sequence, lovingly taught for over 15 years, designed to guide you into profound relaxation, inner steadiness, and restoration.
The practice supports your Parasympathetic Nervous System, helping release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with the heart of yourself. Slow down, breathe deeply, and allow this time to be a gift of self-care, tenderness, and wholehearted presence — because the truest love begins within.

This deeply restorative session weaves Vagus Release therapy with Tracy’s signature Vagus Whisper™ approach — an intuitive, trauma-informed process that gently listens to and supports your nervous system back toward safety and regulation.
