Join Tracy for a 3-hour Deep Rest Restorative Therapeutics experience — a gentle immersion into stillness, support, and nervous system repair.
Through the use of weighted blankets, restorative postures, and vagus nerve breathing, you’ll be guided through Tracy’s signature Deep Rest Sequence, lovingly developed and taught over the past 15 years.
