Classes

We then transition to Stillness Through Movement (STM) on the floor, where we further integrate and ground your newfound energy. This gentle and organic approach to movement will nurture your mind, body, and spirit, facilitating a profound sense of alignment and peace.
Throughout the entire experience, our focus is on harmonising your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centred.
